Return or Exchange Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 3 business days (72 hours) of receiving your order. To help us process your request quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask that you:
- Share a full unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) as mandatory proof in all cases.
- In the case of damaged or defective products, the video helps us verify the concern and offer a resolution at the earliest.
- For defective items, please ensure the issue is clearly visible in the video. Our team will review and approve it before proceeding.
Easy Pickups
Once your return or exchange is approved by our team, we’ll take care of arranging the pickup from your doorstep for your convenience.A minimal convenience fee of ₹99 will be applicable for this service, which helps us cover the pickup logistics. This amount will be gently deducted from your original payment, and the remaining balance will be fully refunded to your original mode of payment.
