Orders & Payments

• Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via whatsapp and email with the details.
• We use trusted and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.
• In the rare case that we’re unable to process or fulfill your order, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Product Details & Pricing

• All our products are handmade, which means there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or finish; these are not flaws, but part of what makes each piece unique.
• Pricing is listed in INR and includes all applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• If there's a price change, we’ll always ensure it’s updated transparently on the site.

Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch your order within 7 to 10 working business days
• Our delivery partners do their best to reach you on time, but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We’re always here to help if you face any issues.
• If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a redelivery.
• If the delivery attempt passes 3 times the courier will be shipped back to our premises. In this case the RTO (Return to Origin) courier charges and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

• We hope you love what you receive. But if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges as per our Return Policy.
• Returned items should be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.

• Your privacy is important to us. We only collect the information needed to serve you better. We never share your data with third parties without your consent.

Wash Care

• To preserve the intricate hand-dyed detailing and craftsmanship, we recommend dry cleaning only.
• This helps maintain the vibrancy of the colors and the original texture of the fabric. Always dry the garment in shade, avoid soaking or wringing it, and use a medium heat setting while ironing on the reverse side.
• Spot cleaning is not advised, as it may affect the dye patterns and overall finish of the garment.
